Born 1716 Bocking. He died there in 1778. He married Jane Thorogood in 1741 in Bocking. She died 1773 aged 55 in Bocking. They had the following children all born in Bocking:

He was born in 1726 in Braintree. He died there in 1788. He married twice Mary Hutley in 1750 Bocking. She died before 1756. Then Susan Clarke in 1756 Braintree. She died in 1762 in Braintree. He had one child with Mary
