33. William Eve

Born 1746 in Margaret Roding. He died in 1785 in Margaret Roding. He married Sara Reeve, 1774 in Chelmsford. She died 1785 in Margaret Roding. They had the following children:

  • Adam Eve; Born 1776 in Margaret Roding. He died in 1776 in Margaret Roding
  • Adam Eve; Born 1778 in Margaret Roding. He died 1815 in Margaret Roding.

WILLIAM of Nether Street, Abbess Roding left all his lands in Moreton, Roxwell, Abbess Roding, Margaret Roding, White Roding, and High Easter to his wife Sarah so that she could bring up their three sons RICHARD, WILLIAM and ADAM. He mentions his mother Mary Druiod?, the late Mary Eve.

SARAH his wife died in the same year as her husband and left all the lands to their youngest son ADAM. The eldest son RICHARD WESTON is mentioned as are her two brothers.
34. Charles Eve

Born 1755 in Aythorpe Roding. He died 1822 in Aythorpe Roding. He married Sara Cliff, 1778 in Beauchamp Roding. They had the following children:

35. Richard Eve.

He married Hannah Foster, 1785 in Weston Herts. She died in 1815 in Moreton.They had the following children

He is described as a yeoman living in Childerditch.

In his will he devises "to my elder son RICHARD lands known as Brendish in Moreton, Fyflield and Shelley now in the occupation of brother WILLIAM. To each of my remaining children MARY, HANNAH, HENRY, WILLIAM and LYDIA £500 each at 21 years or on marriage. Executors wife HANNAH and brother WILLIAM.

HANNAH his wife made the following will. "Devises to sons

RICHARD and HENRY. To daughters MARY, HANNAH, and LYDIA a messuage in Moreton called Castle House and three acres in Bulmers Mead in Moreton. The residue divided equally between my six children RICHARD, MARY, HENRY< HANNAH, WILLIAM and LYDIA at the age of 21. She died in 1815 in Moreton

36. Henry Eve.

Born 1760 in Aythorpe Roding. He died in 1833 in Berners Roding. He married Mary Long, 1781 in Beds. She died 1837 in Berners Roding. They had the following children:

  • Ann Eve; Born 1783 in Lectworth Herts. Died 1860 in South Ockendon (spinster).
  • Richard Eve; Born 1785 in Letchworth Herts. He died 1792 in Berners Roding.
  • Mary Elizabeth Eve; Born 1787.
